It's Ranveer Singh 's 40th birthday today and on this occasion his fans received a wonderful surprise, as the official first look of his much anticipated movie Dhurandhar released on social media. The Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani actor announced Dhurandhar back in July 27, 2024 and with the official first look unveiled on his birthday, the actor is now gearing up for the next big screen release on December 5, 2025. It goes without saying that Ranveer has a commanding presence on screen and is expected to make a spectacular return to film. The official Dhurandhar first look was made public online by Ranveer. He captioned it as, "An Inferno will rise Uncover the true story of The Unknown Men. Dhurandhar on 5th December 2025."

The film, which is directed by Aditya Dhar, also stars Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, and Arjun Rampal. Dhurandhar will be released on December 5 and will compete with Prabhas' The Raja Saab at the box office.
Ranveer promised his followers a "cinematic experience like never before" with Dhurandhar in a special note, he wrote a year ago.
Taking to his X account, the actor wrote, "This one is for my fans, who have been so patient with me, and been clamouring for a turn like this. I love you all, and I promise you, this time, a cinematic experience like never before..."
The actor also asked for his fans' blessings and called the upcoming project 'great'. "Big motion picture adventure with spirited energy and pure intent. This time, it’s personal (sic)," he added.

Regarding his work front, Ranveer most recently starred in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani alongside Alia Bhat, directed by Karan Johar. Fans of the actor have been eagerly awaiting his next project ever since.
